Access to education and decent work are essential steps towards social inclusion for all, particularly vulnerable people. Education systems and the labour market do not always meet the particular needs of these groups, who are too often left behind. As a result, they are not, as they should be, helping to ensure their access to a dignified life.
This session will highlight the work of organisations focusing on the inclusion of specific groups, with approaches aimed at the education sector, the private sector and the beneficiaries themselves.
Four case studies will be presented, focusing on the inclusion of people with disabilities, refugees and girls and women to ensure their transition to work.
