Oyindamola Johnson is an international development professional with over 15 years of experience in transforming education systems and advancing human capital through strategic communications, partnerships, and resource mobilisation. He has worked across Africa, Southeast Asia, North America, and Europe, designing scalable programmes in higher education, workforce development, and youth empowerment.
With a Bachelor's degree in Communications, an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership, and currently pursuing an MSc in Digital Education at the University of Edinburgh, Oyindamola is passionate about using digital innovation to improve access to quality education and enhance workforce readiness.
As Global Proposal and Project Developer at VVOB, he supports country teams in designing and developing impactful, innovative, and scalable education projects. He plays a key role in proposal development, donor diversification, and resource mobilisation efforts, helping to position VVOB for strategic growth and sustainability.
