Françoise Daxhelet holds a Master's degree in psychology and psychological sciences, and is also a certified professional coach.

Throughout her professional career in South America and West Africa, she focused on supporting development actors, as structures or as individuals, whether in the public sector, the private sector or civil society. The professional development of teachers and trainers is an important part of this work.

Françoise Daxhelet has been with APEFE for 17 years. She is currently the administrator of two programmes in Senegal, in the sectors of female entrepreneurship (Jigeen Ñi Tamit) and in-service teacher training (IFADEM Senegal).
