Claude holds a European Master Degree in Environmental Management and an Advanced Research Degree (DEA) in Environmental Sciences with a thesis on Evaluation practices in higher education environment programmes.
For the last 20 years, Claude has been initiating and supporting environnement and climate related actions both in Enabel’s partner countries and at Enabel HQ in Brussels.
Within the team Cities, Territories & Climate and the Climate Circle, he is promoting issues such as environmental & climate mainstreaming, environmental awareness or carbon footprint & reduction measures in Enabel’s programmes and interventions.
Claude is also managing several framework contracts and partnerships aiming at promoting Belgian expertise for the benefit of Enabel’s interventions. Education and training is a particular field of interest in view of the crucial role played by the youth in the long term preservation and wise management of natural resources.
