Calixto Suarez
Consultant and director for sustainable innovation at the Earth Institute & Represents indigenous peoples at CHRIO

Calixto Suarez Villafañe is an Arhuaco from the Sierra Nevada in northern Colombia. Raised in the high mountains and guided by the Mamos, he was taught the ancestral wisdom of the four worlds, the Earth, and the universe. His deep spiritual sensitivity led him to understand the sacred energy points that connect nature and humanity.

Today, Calixto travels the world to learn from diverse cultures and visit sacred sites, sharing his insights through talks and conferences. His mission is to promote harmony between people and the planet, advocating for clean water, healthy land, and inner peace.

Representing the collective wisdom of the Arhuaco people, he calls for a return to our roots and a transformation of human consciousness—guided by humility, balance, and respect for natural law.
