Alice Amegah is an expert in technical and vocational education and training (TVET) for skills development with extensive experience working on adolescent mental development, youth career guidance, youth counselling, and skills development with national, regional, and international organisations. Alice holds a Ph.D. in Education and International Development from the University of Cambridge. Alice initiated the Education and Aspirations Hub. This intervention aims to provide disadvantaged youth with adequate information about education and career pathways to broaden their horizons and prepare them for better education and career transitions. Alice currently works as a consultant with the Education and Technologies Team at the World Bank. In her new position, she is conducting a systematic review, looking at hybrid learning interventions that can help education policymakers develop resilient education systems to ensure the continuity of education during crises. Alice is passionate about empowering youth to propel the global self-sustaining Agenda.
