
Ablaye Dia
Coordinator of the IFADEM programme in Senegal
Ablaye Dia is the Coordinator of the "Initiative Francophone pour la Formation à Distance des Maîtres (IFADEM)" programme in Senegal. This programme launched by OIF and AUF in about fifteen countries is supported by APEFE in Senegal since 2017. Ablaye Dia is an elementary education inspector and holds a Master's degree in Literature and a Master's degree in Analysis, Design and Research in the Field of Engineering Technologies in Education (ACREDITE). He was a Technical Liaison Teacher (TLT) for the Group for the Study and Teaching of Population (GEEP). He participated, with the support of UNICEF, in the development of the "Illustrated booklet on life skills and inclusive education" for the initial training of teachers in Senegal. He is currently a member of the team of writers of the Booklets for the training of school leaders on the theme: "Mastering the mechanisms of sustainable management of the school environment, partnership and community mobilisation".
