André N'Ouemou
Specialist in Community Health and Health Promotion at Enabel Benin, Expert in Accountability and the Right to Health

N’tcha André N’Ouemou is passionate about social protection, health promotion, community health and human rights, with over 16 years of experience in leading health interventions. A graduate of the Faculty of Health Sciences in Cotonou as a Senior Social Action Technician and later a specialist in community health and health promotion, he has held key positions in health projects at Enabel, where he contributed, among other things, to the establishment of an organisation representing healthcare demand and supported the implementation of sexual health education for adolescents and young people.

André is now continuing his commitment within Enabel’s Sexual and Reproductive Health and Health Information Support Project (P@SRIS) in Benin, serving as Project Officer for Sexual Health Education, Communication for Behaviour Change, Accountability and Governance.
