Moira V. Faul
Executive Director of NORRAG
Originally from Zimbabwe, Moira V. Faul is Senior Lecturer at the Geneva Graduate Institute and Executive Director of NORRAG, the network for international policies and cooperation in education and training. She was previously Deputy Director of the Public-Private Partnership Center at the University of Geneva. Before her PhD, Moira was a senior manager in private sector for adult education in Spain and China, then Head of Education and Youth Policy (UK) at Oxfam GB.
