William has dedicated a significant portion of his career to assisting businesses, individuals, and governments in adapting to evolving economic landscapes. He spearheaded the global shift from physical to digital sales while working at the world's oldest record label. Subsequently, he joined Sony Music, where he played a key role in the development of their Direct-to-Consumer business unit.

Prior to his tenure at Glovo, William was the Africa Director at Adam Smith International (ASI), a leading strategic development consultancy. During more than six years living in Nigeria, he oversaw the implementation of various initiatives, including a vocational skills programme for DfID, an investment climate programme for the European Commission, digital health projects for HP and Vodafone, and business environment programmes for the World Bank, DfID and UK FCO.

William initiated Glovo's business in Kenya and later assumed the role of Regional General Manager for Glovo in Sub-Saharan Africa when he returned to Nigeria to oversee the business launch. Currently, he holds the position of Global Director of Government Relations, based in Spain in Barcelona.
