Kike is the team leader for the VET Toolbox project in Nigeria, implemented by GIZ. She is responsible for overseeing and managing all interventions of the project, which aims to foster decent employment, job creation, income and employment generation for youth through initiatives that address the skills gap and support the reform of VET systems. 

Kike has worked in the area of Sustainable Economic Development for the past 6 years and has a strong passion for policy development, private sector engagement, promotion of MSMEs and education, skills development and training for youth employability. 

Kike holds a MSC in Strategy and International Business from Aston University and a BSC in Business Management from Imperial College, London.
