A seasoned development professional with over twenty years’ record of accomplishment in driving transformative change through capacity building and institutional development within Education, Employment, and community development with nine years in skills development.

Christine has supported the planning, execution and monitoring of innovative skills development programmes aimed at supporting transition from school to work.

For last seven years, Christine managed a skilling fund which has supported over 12,000 youth including women to access skills development and 65% have been employed.

She is currently managing a work readiness programme that equips fresh graduates with soft skills and places them in companies for employment. The pilot phase of the project realised 58% employment outcomes.
