She is an education and development professional with over a decade of experience in education programming, inclusive education, and project coordination in humanitarian and development contexts.

Her professional experience encompasses strategic project planning, technical review and quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation across diverse educational contexts. Sherin has extensive field and remote experience in inclusive education, having held successive roles with Humanity & Inclusion, where she contributed to the design and implementation of inclusive education projects for children with disabilities, teacher capacity building, development of technical tools, and partner support.
