Josephine is a Ugandan Architect currently working with the Infrastructure Unit of Enabel in Uganda under the Teacher Training Education Project, with a keen focus on sustainable infrastructure development in the National Teacher Colleges in Uganda.  She has previously worked under the private sector as an Architect and Project Manager and among the projects handled, she designed and supervised construction of school and sports facilities under the Ministry of Education and Sports and Health projects under the Ministry of Health.

In her over 15 years' work experience, Josephine has developed a keen interest for sustainable and environmentally responsive Architecture, use of local materials and labour; low energy consumption; and high comfort facilities.

Graduated from Makerere University in Kampala, is a registered with the Architect Registration Board (ARB) of Uganda and also represents the Uganda Society of Architects on the Uganda National Physical Planning Board.
