Lori Carlson
President, the Ponheary Ly Foundation
Lori Carlson hails from Austin Texas where she was in the Publishing business for 20 years. In 2005 during her first trip to Cambodia, she met Ponheary Ly, Khmer Rouge survivor and former teacher. Their friendship would eventually lead to the establishment of the Ponheary Ly Foundation in 2007 at which time Lori abandoned her life in America and moved to Siem Reap Cambodia where she and Ponheary now run the ever-growing Foundation.
