Marahnaëlle Clement

Marahnaëlle Clement has a degree in Business Administration. She also specialised in educational engineering and took part in the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) facilitator study programme on cognitive and conceptual skills.
Marahnaëlle has 5 years' professional experience as a project manager in the field of digital technical and vocational training, mainly for vulnerable young people in Haiti. She gained this experience first working for APEFE in Haiti and then for HAGN. She has also worked as an assistant vocational integration coach with young professionals benefiting from the RéSACE programmes run by Haiti Efficace and the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF). In her career as an expert in educational innovation, she has taken on a variety of responsibilities as a trainer, educational designer and vocational and economic integration coach, promoting self-employment and/or employment to support vulnerable teenage girls and young women in Haiti.
