Laura Vincx is Senior Gender & Diversity Advisor at Oxfam Belgium, where she works to embed gender equality, intersectionality and decolonial feminist approaches across the organisation. She also serves as President of the Consultative Council on Gender and Development, which advises the Belgian government on gender and international cooperation, representing 11.11.11—the platform of Dutch-speaking NGOs.

With more than a decade of experience in advancing gender justice and inclusion within international solidarity, Laura has worked on issues ranging from sustainable agriculture and climate change to healthcare, financial inclusion, and vocational training. Her career has taken her across Europe and Latin America, giving her a broad perspective on the intersections of gender, social justice, and bodily autonomy.
