Since 1995, Jaak has worked in collaboration with international organisations (WHO, UNHCR, EC), as well as national and international NGOs, to develop community-based mental health care and health systems, alongside humanitarian interventions for refugees and displaced persons across various regions, including Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and South Asia.
