Aline Villette is an experienced international development professional with over 20 years of expertise in managing and advising on programmes related to early childhood development (ECD), education, and the inclusion of people with disabilities. She has worked in Africa and Asia, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to bilateral agencies, UN organisations, NGOs, and philanthropic institutions.
Her work has focused on the design and implementation of multisectoral, inclusive, and play-based interventions aimed at improving development outcomes for young children, particularly those facing social vulnerability. Aline has led large-scale parenting education and early childhood stimulation programmes, emphasising the critical role of parents and integrating these approaches into national frameworks.
Currently, as the technical advisor for the early childhood development sector at Humanity & Inclusion, Aline offers a unique blend of technical expertise, field-based intercultural experience, and a deep commitment to equity in early childhood, as well as promoting the well-being of children and their parents.
