Plan International Belgium is an independent NGO, a member of the Plan International umbrella organisation, which aims to defend girls’ rights and gender equality worldwide.
Through national and international programmes, the organisation ensures that girls have the same opportunities as boys from birth: going to school or following a vocational training, getting a decent job, having a say and making changes in society, deciding for themselves about their lives and their bodies and becoming the person they want to be, free from violence .
