BIEFOR is a division of the H de L dedicated to advising, developing, analyzing, training, supporting and evaluating projects in education, training and cooperation. Their methodological expertise is based on the development of the Competency-based Approach and Integration Pedagogy.
Their expertise today covers, without this list being exhaustive, the following areas:
- Support in the education sector in the broad sense both in Belgium and internationally.
- Training assistance (training policy, training systems, support for training managers, audit of training systems, etc.).
- Support in guiding educational policies and/or supporting educational teams.
- The development of study programs, curricula, skills benchmarks, educational supports and devices (textbooks, self-training video capsules, various IT tools, etc.).
- The design, scripting and implementation of Digital Learning devices including digital resources, online training platforms, as well as the appropriate techno-pedagogical supports.
- Evaluation and support for training and education establishments in Belgium and around the world (among other things, training of trainers, inspectors, educational advisors, directors, teachers, educational researchers, etc. ).
- Analytical and evaluative expertise as a scientific partner.
The BIEFOR team is made up of varied and highly qualified profiles which allow us to provide and deploy our expertise in English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese and Dutch. This team work offers complementarity in expertise which makes it possible to embrace the theme of education in a broad, transdisciplinary and cumulative manner.
