Clément Bagnoa
Health and Rehabilitation Expert, APEFE Burkina Faso

A public health and rehabilitation specialist, Clément Bagnoa has over 25 years of experience in West African health systems. After nearly 20 years with HI as a regional health and rehabilitation specialist, he has been serving as an expert at APEFE since 2014. He supports the PRC-MPR program in Burkina Faso, playing a key role in the creation of the National Reference Center for MPR, integrating physiotherapy into national training programs, and developing Belgium–Burkina Faso partnerships.

He contributes to the development of the 2024–2028 National Rehabilitation Strategic Plan, continuing education, and applied research, adopting a multisectoral approach in line with the WHO’s “Rehabilitation 2030” initiative.
