Mrs. Sengati Uwasenga Diane is the Acting Head of Department of ICT in Education in Rwanda Basic Education Board (REB), with over 17 years of experience in the field. She has held key roles, including Director of Digital Content and Instructional Technology Development and Director of Capacity Development and Training. Passionate about digital education, she has played a significant role in shaping Rwanda’s digital education landscape. Mrs. Sengati oversees the development and integration of digital content, instructional technologies, and teacher training. She is also a member of the National E-Learning Technical Committee and the technical team for the Regional STEAM Center.
